2019 Spring Classes

BOOT CAMP
A group physical training class with emphasis on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups.  A challenging, highly structured, athletic-based class with no choreography involved. (All Levels)

CARDIO STRENGTH & STRETCH

A perfect blend of strength training, balance, range-of-motion and stretching exercises.  Incorporates intervals of cardio endurance and muscle conditioning to create a fitness training experience. Improve overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in this high-intensity class.  (All Levels)

HATHA YOGA

With a gentle approach to simple poses, this class incorporates standing, seated, and reclined poses that focus on mobilizing your joints and promoting ease in the body. The practice combines both static poses and dynamic movement, gently encouraging the body to open in organic ways. The class is slow paced and offers modifications to meet each student’s personal ability level. No yoga experience is necessary. (All Levels)

KICK BOXING

Group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. A high-energy workout that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. (All Levels)

TABATA
A high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time.  Includes a variety of simple, but intense exercises. (All Levels)
