Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation by a certified Mindfulness instructor. This is a 90-minute program for persons practicing all levels of meditation including “beginners.” No experience in meditation required, only a curiosity. No RSVP required. All are welcome. There is no charge for this monthly event. 

A common misunderstanding of meditation: “Oh, I could never meditate, my mind is too busy or my thoughts are always racing.” This is exactly where to start!
